Sales Manager
You are an ideal candidate performing Sales Manager who will help us meet our high customer goal and revenue growth objectives. Strong managerial skills with steadfast integrity, and will work well in a fast-paced, energetic environment while striving to meet high goals. Will be able to maintain positive attitude and professionalism through stressful situations, including managing challenging sales deadlines and quota.
Chief Accountant
As Chief Accountant, you will directly support the Financial Controller with budgeting and forecasting to build the hotels’ financial plans. You will reconcile and check accounts as necessary and help to build a commercially focused Finance Depatment within the hotel, ensuring a financial knowledge base among management Team members.
Chef de Partie Pastry & Bakery
You are a kitchen professional with passion for Pastry and Bakery, experienced in five star Pastry and Bakery Kitchen in similar position. You demonstrate the ability to lead a small team and create products of highest quality. Suitably qualified Indonesian candidates are invited to apply for this role.
Villa Host (Butler) – Mandarin Speaking
You will be fluent in Mandarin and have experience in a similar role. You are able to demonstrate a unique ability to work as a butler in a confident manner, creating a calm, serene atmosphere that impresses both internal and external guests. Suitably qualified are invited to apply for this role.
Cost Controller
Finance professional with 2 years experience in cost controller position who should possess passion and detail orientation in Cost Report, review the daily receiving report for all materials. Do a calculation of loss and breakage report from retain service charge, compute and recrod costs in the standard recipe and standard drink recipe, perform analysis of the menus and compute standard food cost. Able to work closely and efficiently with computer and system to produce and balance daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
