Do a calculation of loss and breakage report from retain service charge, compute and recrod costs in the standard recipe and standard drink recipe, perform analysis of the menus and compute standard food cost. Able to work closely and efficiently with computer and system to produce and balance daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
