The chief responsibility is to drive the Sales and Marketing for the Resort, working closely with Reservations to maximise revenue and liaise with travel agents, tour operators and FITs. The incumbent will need to be able to complete the following tasks effectively:


* Plan, develop and maximise use of electronic and other media tools as a means of promoting the Resort
* Utilise initiative to sell rooms and pro-actively seek out new opportunities
* Create packages, promotions and special offers
* Set up databases of guests and travel agents. Maintain regular contact with travel agents
* Prepare detailed monthly marketing reports and identify potential new markets


The successful applicant must possess the following skills and experience:

* 6 - 8 years experience in a similar position
* 24 – 35 years old
* Superior communication skills. Confident and knowledgeable of effective sales techniques

Required – Office Manager to manage the bali-based office of award-winning Nihiwatu Resort.

The chief responsibility is the daily management of the office, driving and motivating a small team of dedicated staff, as well as supervising and assisting them to fulfil the following job functions:

* Sales, Marketing and Reservations
* Administration (filing legal processes, applications, licensing, permits)
* Logistics (guest transfers, cargo, airline ticketing)
* Human Resources
* Accounting (purchasing, accounts payable/ receivable)
* Daily co-ordination with the resort on Sumba Island
* Special projects as assigned by the Managing Director

The successful applicant will need to possess the following skills and experience:

* Excellent English communication and computer skills
