Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the preparation of monthly and annual financial report.
  • Prepare detailed monthly analysis to track the performance of Financial  report
  • Prepare annual budget and monthly forecasts
  • Support Center Director and team in assessing financial results and new business opportunities
  • Preparing and maintaining all documentation to ensure compliance with Company’s control system
  • Review and monitor all finance and accounting policy and procedure
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the team for daily finance activities
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 5-year experience in a financial controlling, preferably with hospitality industry
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of local and international accounting principles.

Bartender/Bartendress



Responsibility

Take beverage orders from servers or

Mix ingredients, for instance; soda, sugar,
bitters or fruit juice

Collect cash for beverages or drinks served
and record sales

Maintain record and control of bar stock and
arrange supplies

Mix drinks, water and other components to
get ready cocktails and other drinks

Clean glasses and additional utensils



·        
Sanitize ice tanks, coolers, and other bar
tools

Serve beverages and food

Order bar supplies

Place bottled merchandise and glasses to

12.  Assists and develop Department Heads so that they may improve their
own Human Resources Management practices within their area.



13.  Liaises with Department Heads on the development of up to date Job
